Are you an experienced SMSF Accountant looking to step into a bigger role, or an Accounting Manager ready to take on more responsibility? This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive firm that values career development, client impact, and flexibility.About the RoleWorking closely with the Partners, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value clients across Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), Trusts, Companies, and Property Investments. You'll be reviewing complex work, mentoring junior staff, and providing strategic advice to help clients grow and protect their wealth.

60% SMSF compliance + 40% Trusts/Companies/Individuals
Direct client contact with sophisticated, high-net-worth groups
Leadership role with clear career progression

What We're Looking ForYou'll be someone who thrives in a client-facing, advisory-focused role.

Strong SMSF expertise and property investment experience (ideally with personal investment exposure)
Skilled in Trusts and advanced tax strategies
CA or CPA qualified with at least 3 years' public practice experience
Leadership and mentoring ability
