This hands-on role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and involves a wide range of tasks including forklift operation, stock receiving and putaway, accurate order picking and dispatch, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace, while ensuring goods are handled efficiently and in line with operational requirements.Job activities include but are not limited to:

Safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
Receiving incoming goods and accurately completing putaway tasks
Picking and packing customer orders in line with requirements
Inspecting goods and reporting any discrepancies or issues
Preparing consignment notes and manifests for dispatch
Coordinating freight and courier arrangements as needed
Maintaining the dispatch register and accurate warehouse records
Participating in annual stocktakes and routine inventory checks
Ensuring daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Supporting broader warehouse operations as required

Qualifications

Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
Current forklift licence (essential)
Experience in a similar workshop or mechanical role
Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hydraulics
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
