We’re looking for a bright and bubbly Optical Dispenser to bring their energy and skills to our friendly team.About the Role
This role is hands on with patients and eyewear - no sitting behind a reception desk all day. You’ll be helping patients feel confident in their choices and ensuring their glasses are spot on. Your day will include:
- Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection
- Adjusting and fitting glasses with care
- Managing orders and working with suppliers
- Using Optomate Touch confidently (we’ll train you if needed)
- Creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks in
- Be part of a warm, supportive team that values personality as much as experience
- Work in a vibrant practice with a loyal patient base who appreciate quality care
- Ongoing training in dispensing and the latest eyewear trends
- A role where your flair for customer service really shines
- A positive, engaging personality - you enjoy making people feel great about their eyewear
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer confidence and willingness to learn
- Optical/dispensing experience preferred, but we’ll happily train the right person
