- We have 6 dedicated Palliative Care beds located on Level 6 which is a 20-bed mixed Medical and Palliative Care ward.
- In this role you will work as part of a team providing holistic nursing care to our patients and supporting their families.
- Assess patient's health and care needs as well as develop and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- The successful applicants will be supported by the CNE and NUM. You will also have access to an after-hours CNE.
- There are many opportunities for education both face-to-face and online. We provide a dedicated education hour each day for staff to take advantage of.
- Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
- Four weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- 6 weeks annual leave (for eligible full time nurses)
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees)
- Superannuation contributions 11%

This vacancy is eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package that includes the following*:
- Attraction incentive paid as a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance of up to $10,000 for the first 12-months
