As the largest family-owned hire business in ANZ, we value safety, teamwork, and doing things right.About the roleAs the Leading Hand Carpenter, you'll lead the day-to-day workshop activities at our Distribution Centre. You'll supervise team members including yard hands and service persons ensuring timely, high-quality work on the refurbishment, repair, and fit-out of portable buildings.Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing carpentry work and modifications on portable buildings

Supporting installation and demobilisation on customer sites

Coordinating workshop schedules and ensuring safety compliance

Mentoring the team and fostering a team-focused environment

Conducting QA checks and collaborating with internal teams

About YouIf you're a qualified carpenter with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality builds, this is your chance to take your career further.

Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

Strong hands-on skills in custom/modular/portable carpentry

Previous leadership or mentoring experience

White Card (Construction Induction)

Great communication and team coordination skills

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain

Physically fit and safety-focused
