The Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the venue while supporting and mentoring a young, enthusiastic team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, this person will step up to lead on their days off, ensuring service standards, communication, and guest experience remain at the highest level.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing floor operations for a busy venue.
- Arrange, book and run group bookings, functions and events.
- Supervising and leading the team on shifts.
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with staff training, venue communications, and day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support younger team members.
- Energetic and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in managing functions and events highly regarded.
