We're working with a well-respected agency on Sydney's Northern Beaches that's seeking a confident, motivated individual ready to level up their real estate career. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with full support, structured training, and clear progression within a vibrant and driven team.What's on offer:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (3pm Friday finish!)
Two work from home days per month
Portfolio of 160-170 properties, with full support
Salary $85-$90k for the right candidate
Fun team culture with a strong focus on internal growth
Parking assistance may be available in time

We're looking for candidates with:

12 months experience in Property Management essential
Strong communication and organisation skills
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Agent Box
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A desire to build a long-term career in real estate
