What you'll do:
  • Design and build scalable, performant web applications using React and Node.js.
  • Own features end-to-end: from architecture and API design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Shape architecture: Influence patterns, tooling, and platform standards that enable speed with safety.
  • Work autonomously: Break down complex problems, identify trade-offs, and deliver pragmatic solutions in a regulated domain.
What we're looking for:
  • Senior-level experience (7+ years) building production-grade web applications end-to-end.
  • Deep expertise in React - hooks, state management, performance optimisation.
  • Strong Node.js/Express skills, including API design, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Pragmatic problem solver: You are biased toward action, communicate clearly, and thrive with autonomy.
  • Bonus: Experience with Firebase, GCP, healthcare tech.
