About our Client:We are partnering with a leading international engineering, construction and services organisation to appoint a mid-level lawyer into their Legal, Compliance, Governance and Risk team.About the Role:This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-value, complex matters across multiple industries, with responsibilities including:

Group-wide compliance and governance management
Corporate reporting and regulatory monitoring
Providing regulatory and risk advice across business units
Supporting transactions, M&A, and corporate governance projects
Contributing to disputes, litigation and tender processes
Assisting with IP/trademark management

About You:

Ideally at least 3 years PQE
Coming from a recognized firm or organization
Experience across several of the following: compliance systems, corporate governance, corporate reporting, risk advisory, transactions, or ESG regulations
Strong ability to manage multiple matters independently
Collaborative, commercially minded and resilient, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
