You will provide leadership, support and guidance to other members of the team to achieve a holistic nursing approach in accordance with organisation policies and procedures. About You?Essential
  • A passion for identifying and applying new nursing knowledge to achieve clinical excellence for your clients.
  • Demonstrated success delivering creative responses to client needs based by integrating services and your networks.
  • A strength managing client needs and expectations through ability to balance program resources effectively.
  • Excellent all-round people skills including the ability to provide support particularly for people experiencing change in their later life.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to assist clients to formulate plan of care within budget and report all income and expenditure to clients on a regular basis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care Ltd.
Knowledge
  • An understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age related health issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and care planning that identifies appropriate interventions to optimize the outcomes for consumers.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment, referral, and creation/coordination of human services.
  • Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting healthcare workers and enrolled nurses.
Must have Qualifications
  • Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR
  • Current unrestricted Driver’s License and own insured/registered vehicle
