- An understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age related health issues.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and care planning that identifies appropriate interventions to optimize the outcomes for consumers.
- Demonstrated experience in assessment, referral, and creation/coordination of human services.
- Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting healthcare workers and enrolled nurses.
- Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- CPR
- Current unrestricted Driver’s License and own insured/registered vehicle
