This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our reputable legal practice in our newest branch in the eastern suburbs as we continue to expand. As a Lawyer at Carbone Lawyers, you will be responsible for:

Providing professional legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases
Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to resolution
Conducting legal research and preparing relevant documentation for court proceedings and negotiations
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as medical professionals and insurance companies, to build strong cases for clients
Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients
Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and case law related to personal injury claims

Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for this role you will display the following attributes and qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate
Demonstrable experience in personal injury law
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Capability to work effectively within a team environment
