The Opportunity:Randstad are partnering with a Prominent Civil Contractor to appoint an experienced Subdivisions Supervisor in Southeast Melbourne. This business has picked up multiple long-term projects, bolstering out a healthy pipeline of work.We are seeking previous experience delivering multi-stage land development projects in Melbourne end-to-end.About the Role:As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Greenfield civil construction projects from inception to completion up to $40 million in total construction value. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and directing construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure project progression according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Maintaining construction schedules, daily diaries, and coordinating tasks to meet timelines.
Monitoring work quality and ensuring compliance with specified standards and codes.
Conducting inspections and addressing any issues during the construction process.
Acting as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
Addressing unexpected challenges and problems promptly to minimise disruptions.
Maintaining detailed records, daily reports, and progress updates.
