Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our client based in Mooroopna. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for a driven HR professional to contribute across multiple facets of human resources in a supportive and fast-paced environment.About the Role: In this role, you will provide generalist HR support with a focus on:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Supporting conflict resolution and managing employee grievances
Assisting with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) administration
Offering day-to-day HR guidance to managers and staff
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
A working knowledge of WHS practices and HR best practices
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
