- Qualify leads, identify and raise opportunities (across different lead channels)
- Understand needs and context of the client and tailor sales process.
- Execute and adapt sales process.
- Ensure success of first event
- Consultancy, advisory, meeting design through calls, emails and personal meetings.
- Follow-up and close opportunities based on priorities.
- Orchestrate procurement requests of clients within Slido flow (legal review, security review, procurement documents, etc.)
- Support client's queries and requests
- Effective transition to AMs and CSMs
- Generate leads from key events with key stakeholders/personas
- Collaborate with Sales team and other teams to deliver excellent customer experience cross lifecycle of the client (CS, CC, CX…)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, process client requests or escalations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, incl. Complex bidding and RFP processes
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- In cooperation with CSM, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Leverage data to identify new opportunities for upsell or license consolidation
- Proactively reach out to generate new business or company-wide deployment of Slido
