Admin Coordinator (Part-Time)
One of our clients in the health & wellness industry is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support their People & Culture team across a range of exciting projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a values-led organisation within the health & wellness space that genuinely cares about its people, all while contributing to meaningful work in a supportive, collaborative team.Role Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: January 2026
  • Location: Sydney CBD (fully onsite)
  • Commitment: Part-time, 2 days per week (flexible on which days)
  • Pay Rate: $37.13 ph + super
  • Hours: Standard 9am–5pm (with flexibility where needed)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level admin support across a variety of projects
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and general coordination tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is well-organised and up to date
  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and support team communication and project flow
  • Work closely with the General Manager of People & Culture to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
