🕒 Full-time, PermanentWe’re working with a well-established national business that’s looking for a down-to-earth and highly organised Engagement & Support Coordinator to join their growing team in Brooklyn. This is a key role supporting international workers through the PALM Scheme (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility), helping them settle into life and work here in Australia.⸻What’s the role about?
You’ll be the go-to person for new arrivals—helping them with everything from accommodation and transport to banking, shopping and general wellbeing. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, the Pacific Labour Facility, and external stakeholders to keep things running smoothly and compliantly.⸻What we’re looking for:
  • Someone calm, compassionate and great with people
  • A strong admin or coordination background
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally, someone who understands the PALM Scheme or offshore recruitment (but not essential)
