In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This may involve supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Leadership Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.Additionally, you should actively monitor the school's financial performance against these plans, emphasizing a proactive and results-driven approach to financial management.   • Demonstrated sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
