We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a well-established mining services workshop based in Mackay. Hours: Mon–Thurs 6:00am–5:00pm, Fri 6:00am–3:00pm
Rate: $50 – $56.25/hr + penalties (depending on experience and qualifications)
Potential for overtime
Casual ongoing work with potential for permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding, repairs and fabrications on mining equipment.
Confidently use a range of welding techniques including MIG, TIG and Stick.
Work to safety and quality standards at all times.
Contribute to team goals and production schedules.

What we’re looking for:

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Trade Qualification - Boilermaker
Strong welding skills/experience

Confident in various welding techniques

Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol tests

Desirable but not essential:

Experience on underground equipment preferred
