Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The role:We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Hotel Sales team and take the lead with our Corporate portfolio at Crown Sydney; a luxurious integrated resort that's home to iconic restaurants such as Icebergs Harbour Bar, Golden Century, Nobu, Oncore by Clare Smyth, Woodcut and more. Offering a unique blend of luxury accommodation, gaming, F&B, leisure, wellbeing and event spaces - Crown Sydney is a property perfect for any occasion and a wide variety of clients.Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is an opportunity for a Sales Manager with experience in similar role within the hotels or hospitality industry. A strong understanding of expectations in a premium or luxury brand, skills in managing multiple accounts and senior stakeholders, with proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive industry will set you up for success. Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment across Corporate and Groups segments will be advantageous.Our Sales team are a diverse group of passionate professionals who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results and ensure their clients are provided with elevated levels of service and memorable experiences. The successful candidate will be a like-minded individual who is keen to elevate their career whilst adding to the team dynamic.Some of the key responsibilities will involve:
  • Lead generation, pipeline management, and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A firm commitment to providing outstanding customer service and proactively addressing client needs
  • Building relationships via client contact, sales calls, facilitating entertainment, site inspections and familiarisations with clients
  • Partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure a tailored and personalised customer service experience for all clients
  • Effectively collaborating with group-level and national counterparts throughout the organization
  • Preparing, administer, and compile quarterly reports to track the production of revenue of existing and new business
  • Attending industry tradeshows and networking events
You'll have:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in hotel or accommodation sales
  • Proven track record in managing group sales or corporate accounts and delivering repeat business
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in luxury hotel settings or a premium hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems and the Opera PMS system
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently juggle multiple accounts and tasks
  • A collaborative mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to excellence
  • Permanant, unrestricted Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
