This role can either be full time or .8 part time.The Workplace Relations Advisor role is a dynamic and value adding position within our People, Culture & Sustainability team. This role is responsible for providing expert and strategic advice on the full range of industrial and workplace relations issues to all levels of the People, Culture and Sustainability team and the wider organisation.Key responsibilities will include
  • Providing strategic, commercially driven advice and subject matter expertise across a broad range of issues including performance and conduct, policy development, case management, contract writing, structural changes, investigations, enterprise bargaining and representational work at external tribunals.
  • Pro-actively supporting a broad range of stakeholders through challenging and sensitive issues with care.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with a range of internal stakeholders across the organisation.
About YouYou will have significant demonstrated experience in workplace/industrial relations ideally built within a People and Culture team, in a large, complex organisation with a national reach.To be successful in the role, you will need to be a motivated and commercially focussed WR professional with the ability to approach issues strategically.
