The ideal candidates will have experience in event and hospitality environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and approach challenges with a positive attitude. This role involves working at a variety of corporate and retail events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving food, pouring drinks and clearing tables
  • Ensure all service areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality and/or events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
