This is a unique opportunity to partner with researchers and stakeholders to establish and grow the Centre on a national and international scale.In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for resourcing, staff management, devising program budgets, contract management, financial management, reporting, policy development, and supporting strategic development.More specifically, as a Business and Operations Manager, you will also:Provide high level advice and recommendations on policies and procedures relating to the management of the Centre.Contribute to the development of project plans for HDR and postdoctoral projects.Develop and manage a register of Centre-created intellectual property, publications, media releases, events, and presentations.Implement and support an early career mentoring program and organise all student and postdoctoral placements.About YouYou will have high level management experience, with the ability to contribute towards the strategic planning and operational protocols of the Centre. As an exceptional collaborator, you will strive to foster strong partnerships with leadership, industry partner organisations, researchers, and students.
