- Is able to supervise, organise and guide staff, to deliver high quality catering outcomes.
- Has availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts over weekdays and weekends.
- Can communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Experience in food preparation and cooking for large number of people.
- Aged Care experience (highly regarded).
- A high level of food safety knowledge.
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass national police clearance.
