Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don’t just talk about values - we live them.Your opportunityAs a Sales Consultant – Seniors Living, you will join a high performing team responsible for generating $15–$20 million in sales revenue annually by driving new sales and resales for Anglicare’s retirement villages.You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, providing expert guidance, personalised tours, and exceptional customer service to support their transition into a vibrant retirement community.You will manage all new and existing leads, conduct on-site presentations and 'Open Homes', build a pipeline of prospective residents and oversee renovations to ensure they are fit for purpose and completed within expected timeframes to maximise sales opportunities and occupy all vacant units.This role requires a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping people find the right home for their next chapter. This role requires someone who is able to drive and can travel between sites - Goodwin Village (Woollahra) & St John's Village (Glebe) – with opportunity to work from Macquarie Hub (Anglicare Head Office) or home for a half day on Mondays and be on-site Tuesday to Friday.With integrity and resilience, you will:Achieve Sales & Occupancy Targets: Drive retirement living sales and resales, ensuring occupancy goals are met.Lead Generation & Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective residents, ensuring timely and accurate lead management and record-keeping.Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build trust with retirees, conduct face-to-face tours, follow up appointments, and community presentations.Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to execute open days, events, and networking initiatives to engage local retirees and their influencers.Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure all contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed within legislated timeframes.Reporting & Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales forecasts, budgets, and site-specific sales strategy plans each financial year.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, such as Asset Managers, Village Managers, Village Co-ordinators, Marketing Team, Business Support Team, existing residents and other external referral partners to ensure sales success.What you’ll bringYou are a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for people.
