  • A passion for Employment Law and a minimum of 12 months of legal experience in Employment law.
  • Strong advisory experience; litigation and advocacy exposure highly regarded.
  • Background in private practice essential; in-house experience within courts/commissions, employer associations, or government also valued.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top-tier service.
  • A collaborative mindset paired with the confidence to work independently when needed.
  • High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and an interest in workplace health and safety would also be well regarded.
