About the Role
  • Role modeling effective person-centered practice
  • Providing direction, coaching and development to your team to address learning needs and build capability
  • Support the team to provide high-quality services - ensuring each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations
  • Provide effective onboarding, orientation and development for the team, supporting their engagement and development
  • Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member
  • Support the team to understand and manage participant risks
About You
  • Strong Mental Health Support experience supporting goals of individual support plans
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach and develop a team to achieve best quality outcomes
  • Ability to incorporate effective planning, time management, problem solving, organisational skills and resourcing, whilst achieving quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated understanding of available community services, networks and supports
