About the Role
Role modeling effective person-centered practice
Providing direction, coaching and development to your team to address learning needs and build capability
Support the team to provide high-quality services - ensuring each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations
Provide effective onboarding, orientation and development for the team, supporting their engagement and development
Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member
Support the team to understand and manage participant risks
About You
Strong Mental Health Support experience supporting goals of individual support plans
Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach and develop a team to achieve best quality outcomes
Ability to incorporate effective planning, time management, problem solving, organisational skills and resourcing, whilst achieving quality outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of available community services, networks and supports
