
Recruitment Associate

- Provide high-quality administrative support to consultants and the broader team
- Assist with candidate registration, testing, onboarding, and induction tasks
- Conduct telephone interviews and schedule candidate bookings
- Support volume recruitment activities including assessment centres
- Manage candidate timesheets and resolve payroll queries
- Maintain accurate records in our Salesforce database
- Liaise with candidates and on-hired workers regarding performance and site matters
- Assist with sourcing, reference checks, and general admin duties

- Demonstrated experience in sales administration, office support, or recruitment (highly desirable)
