- Level 2 Support: Operate as the key owner for escalations from customer service and internal stakeholder support tickets.
- Level 3 Escalations: Drive the triage and outcomes of more complex issues working in with the development team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across WMP to better understand their pain points with the platform and actively look for improvements. Maintain strong relationships to support our technology ecosystem.
- Documentation: Record common solutions to issues and transition to level 1 where possible.
- At least two years experinece in level 2 Application Support
- Some development experience would be advantageous (particularly C# / .NET.)
- Exceptional initiative, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
