Their senior management have built, gained and maintained an excellent brand, creating an envied business portfolio in the Sydney, Newcastle and Coastal NSW Residential and Commercial market, completing successful projects from $10 million up to $50 million AUD.Typical projects include:

Multi Storey Residential Class 2 apartments
Senior Living, Health Care
Dental practices
GC21 - government contracts

The role:As one of their Project Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. Ideally you will have direct experience working on Multi Storey apartment’s, Commercial Retail or high end residential projects over $10 million. You will also have a seasoned portfolio and over 4 years Project Management experience working on Residential Class 2 schemes, or similar build projects for an Australian recognised Building Contractor.

Preparing programmes
Adherence to BCA standards
Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
Daily and Monthly reporting
OH&S
Subcontractor site Inductions
Client Care
Managing onsite issues
Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

Qualifications:Ideally you have a Construction Management or Building diploma, but relevant experience working for competitors will be acknowledged and shortlisted on a case by case basis.Culture:This firm is very focussed in their staff, encouraging constant development, training and promotion and are always keen to gain people from the local coastal remit who are looking to leave the City for a better work life balance.
