Lead all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate and manage a diverse team of subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
Oversee implementation of project plans, construction methodologies, and sequencing.
Maintain rigorous control over schedule, budget, site logistics, and documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, QA/QC checks, and progress reporting.
Liaise directly with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Mentor and support the development of junior site staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
Expected Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, especially on industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects.
Proven track record delivering projects in the $10–25 million range—ideally in Victoria or similar markets.
Strong command of safety and quality standards, combined with practical construction know-how.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective on-site decisions.
Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations, OH&S practices, and industrial construction protocols.
Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline are preferred.
