Mechanical Fitter

• Strong communication links are maintained with internal and external clients
• Coordinated delivery items arrive at the relevant site/store on schedule
• Effective relationships are developed at multiple levels with suppliers, customers, relevant regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
• Afterhours enquiries/on call duties are responded to courteously and promptly, and issues resolved or forwarded to a relevant person appropriately
• Relevant branch systems are understood and followed effectively
• Participation in the development of and training in new policies & procedures is positive & supportive
• Follow and understand policies and procedures as required
• Areas for improvement are identified and raised with management as appropriate
• Generators are repaired and serviced on premises and client sites to meet standards
• Modifications of generators are completed to meet standards
• Issues and problems with generators are identified, diagnosed and resolved
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment to Company Health & Safety System, policies, procedures and protocols
• Provide timely and accurate information and manage costs effectively
