This highly successful business is looking for a Property Manager to join their market leading team within Brisbane's southern suburbs.Working as a Senior Property Manager or a Property Manager, you will oversee a quality, clean and tidy portfolio of 130 to 150 properties with admin, trust account support and no leasing.To be successful, you will be a Property Manager who is looking for a positive culture and a role you can make your own with support there, when you need it. You will be a Property Manager who enjoys doing the job the 'right way,' offering both tenant and landlord a quality service with clear and prompt communication.Requirements

At least 18 months experience as a Property Manager

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate and Driving License

Team Focused - Friendly and willing to help others

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Strong with property management procedures and legislation

Experience managing high net worth landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)

Available full time, 38 hours per week (flexible hours are ok)
