- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
- Implement and manage security configurations, compliance policies, and user access controls across M365 services.
- Monitor system health and performance, resolving issues promptly to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support migrations, updates, and service enhancements.
- Provide training and support to staff on Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
- Stay updated on new M365 features and advancements, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide desktop support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues on an as-needed basis.
- Assist in managing and maintaining desktop and laptop devices, ensuring they are configured and secured.
- Respond to and resolve service desk tickets related to desktop environments, including operating system and application support.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff, including the setup of workstations and software configurations.
- Ensure all end-user devices are compliant with the organisation's security and IT policies.
- Provide remote desktop support to users across various locations as required.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are highly regarded.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks and automation.
- Experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and common office applications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear support to both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Prior experience in a desktop support role or managing end-user devices in an enterprise environment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Clear National Criminal History Check.
- Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence. If you have a foreign driver's licence, you are required by the NSW Government to obtain an NSW Driver's Licence by 1 March 2025.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Provide M180 consent to complete a verification of the Residential Care Workers Register managed by the Office of the Children's Guardian.
