COMPANYThis represents an outstanding opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Wagga Wagga. This firm has been in operation for many years and are trusted by the local community to provide expert advice.POSITIONDue to growth and future succession planning, the position of Manager has been created.This role will involve the following:
  • Assist the partner with the day to day operations of the firm
  • Manage and mentor the team
  • Preparation of tax returns and financials for a variety of SME clients (predominantly in the primary production space)
  • Div 7A, CGT, FBT matters
  • Client relationship management
CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • CA/CPA ideally but not necessary
  • 7+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Expereince wtih XPM and Xero would be highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of Australian Taxation Law
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
  • An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn
