  • Serving as the Regional Solution Architect for Strato, offering valuable insights to maximize value for clients.
  • Collaborating with solution architects and development teams to validate design assumptions, address technical challenges, and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Working closely with SAP SuccessFactors implementation teams to coordinate integration efforts, address data mapping requirements, and resolve technical challenges related to integration with Strato solutions.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by showcasing the integration capabilities of Strato with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central, demonstrating how the combined solution can address client HR challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the intersection of Strato, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and Employee Central, offering strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders on optimizing HR processes and workflows.
  • Leading consulting teams through various project phases to ensure the successful implementation of Strato solutions.
  • Assessing project costs, allocating resources effectively, and overseeing project management to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Providing recommendations and feedback on design blueprints, including identified risks, mitigation strategies, and recommended design modifications, to ensure alignment and accountability across project teams.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and team members, providing guidance and support to aid in their consulting skills development.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and coaching discussions with team members, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting division, identifying areas for optimization, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Upholding the values and standards of the organization, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making processes.
  • Serving as a role model and mentor for consultants, embodying the core values and principles of the organization and inspiring others to strive for excellence in their work and contributions.
  • Representing the company at industry events as required to showcase Strato solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in consulting, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and/or Employee Central.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degrees such as Master's or an MBA.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A client-centric mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Integrity, adaptability, and a passion for mentoring and professional development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
