with the guidelines of it's Regulation 20 of the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner) Regulations 2025.Facilitate the resolution of disputes in separated families taking into account the needs and interests of all parties:Child related mattersFinancial & Property related mattersProvide information to clients in relation to the family law system and relevant sections
of the Australian Family Law Act (1975).Maintain accurate records in the FRC child inclusive case management and client
activity data collection administration process.Prepare client records and documents including organisational on-line client records
