
Receptionist - Perth

- Undertake the reception duties for the Hatch Perth office, based at the reception desk.
- Greet clients, visitors, and new starters to the Hatch corporate office at 197 St George's Terrace in the CBD. Ensuring they complete visitor inductions and have appropriate access to offices and guest wifi.
- Manage the incoming/outgoing mail / courier function as required.
- Ensure sufficient levels of kitchen, stationery, bathroom supplies are maintained and distributed, including ordering and processing orders/invoices for the Perth office as required.
- Management of the provision of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), polo shirts and corporate uniform for the Perth office as required, including invoice submission and reconciliations.
- Ensure a high level of presentation to visitors.
- Being the point of contact for internal events and coordinating with external contractors for catering and room setup requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of tradespeople for reactive building maintenance.
- Assist with coordination of Flu Vaccination program for Perth office.
- Establish and manage working relationships with clients, managers, and staff to ensure a high level of overall administration services are offered to all teams as required.
