We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution tasks for the business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing our logistics network, optimising supply chain efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of replacement parts
- Collaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximise business outcomes
- Create and maintain rosters, and work toward KPI's
- 5+ years of experience in logistics supervisory or management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, transportation management systems, and inventory management techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
