- Lead People & Culture initiatives in leadership, performance, talent management, and diversity.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters.
- Manage and lead key P&C projects and organisational transformation.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
- Coach and support stakeholders to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Provide regular updates on emerging issues and people risks.
- 5+ years in P&C leadership roles with expertise across key areas like workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams.
- Strong ability to turn P&C programs into impactful solutions for clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
- Skilled in advising and influencing leaders, driving business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service.
