- Proven sales and relationship development and management background is essential;
- Industrial setting experience with understanding of the automotive and commercial parts and service industry ideal ;
- Technical sales experience advantageous;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of products including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint will be required; • Sound understanding of business and corporate legislation particularly as it relates to cooperatives and Trade Practices Act ;
- Previous team leading and mentoring experience; • Self driven, capable of meeting deadlines and working well under pressure;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- More than ten years experience working in a similar role developing new markets and delivering sustainable profitable growth in product and/or service markets.
- Current valid driver's license issued by the relevant State regulatory authority (essential);
- Secondary education;
