Job Description:We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Asset Management Analyst to support the monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of investment and physical assets. The ideal candidate will work with financial models, asset performance data, and portfolio management tools to support strategic decisions that drive asset value and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial analysis and modeling of assets to evaluate performance, risk, and returnMonitor asset performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reportsSupport the management of real estate, financial, or infrastructure assetsCollaborate with internal teams including finance, operations, and legal to optimize portfolio valuePerform market research and competitive analysis to assess risks and opportunitiesMaintain and update asset management databases and software toolsParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assets under managementProvide support in due diligence for acquisitions or dispositionsEnsure compliance with regulatory and reporting standardsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field13 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment managementProficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with asset management software such as Yardi, MRI, or Argus is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
