This role plays a key part in strengthening our client’s footprint within Victoria’s flooring supply market. You will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of builder and contractor accounts across Victoria
- Drive new business development and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Provide product knowledge and technical advice across hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet and tile solutions
- Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and tailored service
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements in the flooring and building supply sector
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering value-driven solutions for both commercial and residential projects
We’re seeking a sales-driven professional with a solid background in construction supply, particularly flooring. You should bring:
- A proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally within flooring or broader building materials
- Experience working with residential and/or commercial builders and contractors in Victoria
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple projects and client needs
- A solution-oriented approach with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and other modern sales tools
