An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist who excels at hunting and maintaining strong relationships with builders and contractors. Here’s what you can look forward to:
  • Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
This role plays a key part in strengthening our client’s footprint within Victoria’s flooring supply market. You will:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of builder and contractor accounts across Victoria
  • Drive new business development and deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Provide product knowledge and technical advice across hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet and tile solutions
  • Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and tailored service
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements in the flooring and building supply sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering value-driven solutions for both commercial and residential projects
CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
We’re seeking a sales-driven professional with a solid background in construction supply, particularly flooring. You should bring:
  • A proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally within flooring or broader building materials
  • Experience working with residential and/or commercial builders and contractors in Victoria
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple projects and client needs
  • A solution-oriented approach with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and other modern sales tools
