- Own and drive the technical implementation of sophisticated user interfaces in Angular and Ionic.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product managers to refine user stories and translate them into technical execution.
- Set the standard for high-quality, maintainable, testable front-end code and performance.
- Bring ideas to life through animation, transitions and micro-interactions that elevate the user experience.
- Play a key role in shaping our front-end architecture and shared component systems, autonomy to influence both technical direction and broader product outcomes.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve user experience across devices.
- Angular 14+, Ionic 7 (Capacitor for hybrid mobile)

- You're experienced in Angular - you've built scalable front-end applications with Angular (ideally Angular 14+), or you're an expert front-end engineer who can quickly master the framework.
- You obsess over performance and UX - you understand the nuances of performance, accessibility and responsive design.
- You keep things simple and scalable - you write clean, maintainable code and make pragmatic decisions that balance speed, quality and long-term growth.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams - you collaborate closely with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver exceptional results.
- You raise the bar for front-end quality - you advocate for best practices, push for code quality, and help others grow through mentorship.
- You lead with clarity and openness - you bring clear technical direction while staying adaptable and receptive to feedback.
- You understand the mobile experience - you're familiar with building responsive, performant apps that run seamlessly across web and/or hybrid platforms.
