You will take ownership of large-scale development applications, engage closely with applicants, stakeholders, and internal teams, and work independently on high-profile, complex planning challenges.As a successful Growth Area Planner, you will:
  • Confidently assess and manage large-scale growth area planning applications
  • Provide expert, solution-focused planning advice
  • Build strong, constructive relationships with applicants, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Ensure development proposals align with our strategic growth objectives
