The chance to be a part of the welcoming, friendly and highly skilled team at the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing. We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.Full time position available5 days per week - 08.30 - 17.00hrsSome opportunities to do extended hours shifts on Tuesdays and Saturdays and alternating ThursdaysProviding Case Management support to clients aged 16-65yrsProviding quality mental health and discipline specific, client centered assessment and treatment that is evidence basedWorks within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforceABOUT YOU:Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership EndorsementExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in a multidisciplinary teamThe ability to think critically and problem solve effectivelyKnowledge in different therapeutic techniquesKnowledge about different referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term supportBe consumer recovery focused care with consumers, inclusive of carers / familiesA good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and relevant legislationWhat you’ll bringYou’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
