- Answering calls and enquiries in a proessional and friendly manner
- Entering new jobs into the systems and keeping client profiles updated
- General office duties including filing, scanning, document preparation and printing
- Some PA duties assisting the Directors
- Booking travel and accomodation for the Directors as needed
- Assisting with planning events, meetings and catering as required
- Organising quotes for clients
- Ordering tests as required by clients
- Ordering general office and kithen supplies
- Invoicing
- Working across spreadsheets
- Generating reports and liaising with the Engineering team
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Great initiative to adapt to a new environment and take on new duties
- An interest in the Engineering or Construction industry
- Great customer service experience
- The ability to manage & prioritise requests
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to work autonomously and follow direction
- The ability to multi-task and complete daily tasks within the time frame required
- The ability to work as part of a team effectively
