With a strong reputation for innovation, integrity and impact, the business continues to play a key role in making the world a safer place.About The OpportunityThis is a key leadership role within the finance function, focused on overseeing financial operations across construction projects and high-value engagements with prime defence contractors.Reporting to the Executive Team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing project-based financials while ensuring compliance with group accounting standards
Collaborating with operations to support budgeting, forecasting and procurement approvals
Leading monthly financial reporting cycles and managing institutional contract compliance
Leveraging Xero for daily accounting processes and financial modelling

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred)
Minimum 5 years' experience in finance with exposure to HR responsibilities
Demonstrated leadership capability with a collaborative, people-first mindset
Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with D365 F&O highly regarded
Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability
