- Lead the planning, execution and evaluation of state sponsorships and events in Queensland.
- Execute national sponsorship agreements at a state level, ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing.
- Develop annual sponsorship leverage plans and toolkits aligned with brand, portfolio and state sales strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ticketing, hospitality programs and pourage agreements.
- Ensure all sponsorship activities comply with brand, legal and corporate guidelines.
- Build strong partnerships with agencies, suppliers, and state sales teams to maximise sponsorship impact.
- Tertiary qualification in business or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Sponsorship & Events or Sales and/or Marketing role.
- Proven experience in managing and leveraging sponsorships to achieve maximum value.
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and evaluate sponsorship performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
