- Success Factors or a similar HRIS - including EC Organisation Structures and Position Management.
- Analytical and problem solving mindset
- Ability to understand process flows and impact/relationship between HR Information Systems, Payroll and SAP
- Knowledge of the utilities, energy or resources industry sectors would be highly regarded
