Our Group's over 3000 team members, consistently strive to make a difference in the communities we serve.Overview of our roleWe're looking for someone who enjoys managing data and systems to support accurate HRIS information and efficient HR operations.In this role, you'll play an important part in leading and coordinating data-related activities that support organisational changes, Enterprise Agreement updates, and people processes within our People Services team.As a trusted point of contact, you'll provide data guidance and support to the People Group, Payroll, and leaders, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements while keeping robust employee data.You'll also contribute to system support activities such as process mapping, UAT testing for HRIS updates, maintain HR MS Forms and automation workflows.Your work will help us improve the way we deliver HR Services and make things easier for our people every day.A little about you
  • Skilled in data analytics and accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Clear, approachable communicator.
  • Problem solver who uses data for insights.
  • HR experience in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks, Awards, and Fair Work.
A little about you
  • MS Office 365 products, Excel & Power BI
  • MS Forms/Lists/Power Automate
  • Success Factors or a similar HRIS - including EC Organisation Structures and Position Management.
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Ability to understand process flows and impact/relationship between HR Information Systems, Payroll and SAP
  • Knowledge of the utilities, energy or resources industry sectors would be highly regarded
