  • Responsible for providing accurate and competitive quotes for construction projects.
  • Build and pursue new business opportunities and develop new markets.
  • Networking is a huge part of the role, connecting with Contractors, Architects, Facility Managers, Property Managers, Strata Managers and Government bodies.
  • Working closely with clients, Engineers, and subcontractors, you will analyse project specifications, conduct cost analysis, and prepare detailed Quotations and estimates.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's and quartely target.
Skills & Experience
  • Sales hunter mentality is a MUST! More calls, more money!
  • Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative within the construction industry
  • Carpenter by trade or knowledge in the industry is advantageous
  • Strong technical knowledge of building materials, methods and processes
  • Strong at building relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
